Indeed, the 2023 cru delights with its smoothness and softness, featuring perfectly ripe fruity notes accented by hints of balsamic and graphite. The material is of high quality, the tannins are powerful yet wrapped in a silky texture, the sap is sparkling, and the saline finish is digestible and persistent.

While we closely followed the evolution of this Château after its acquisition by the Helfrich family, we did not expect such positive effects in such a short time.

Du Tertre truly has the potential to become one of the best value-for-money wines in the Margaux appellation.
