At Ventealapropriété, we have always liked to introduce you to vintages that have reached their peak of maturity. (Re)discover today the "2016", one of the greatest vintages of the decade!
At its inception, the 2016 vintage was already described as grandiose. A few years later, having reached a beautiful evolution, it displays a high class character, destined for long aging.
This vintage required patience and kept the suspense until the end before revealing its magnificence! A vintage of elegance and balance, with ripe tannins and fresh and dynamic textures. |

Hand harvested. 100% whole bunches. Fermentation in concrete vats, punching down and pumping over. Aged for 16 to 18 months in 225-liter and 500-liter barrels, half of which are renewed each year. |
