The estate and the wine
The estate and the wine With remarkable talent, Agnès Paquet captures everything we love about great Burgundy. Her precision and flair have earned worldwide recognition, and we’re excited to share this standout estate with you, personally recommended by Olivier Poussier, Best Sommelier in the World and member of our Selection Committee.

Her whites are crisp and vibrant, offering fresh maturity and expressive aromas of ripe fruit. The reds are all about elegance, with refined red-berry flavors and a graceful, understated style. Every bottle shows her signature touch: clarity, finesse, and effortless charm. Vintage after vintage, this estate stands out for consistently delivering wines of exceptional quality and character.
Wine The 2023 Bourgogne Hautes Côtes de Beaune Red is a Pinot Noir with refined aromas and a lovely toasted character. The nose opens with notes of kirsch-like cherry, hints of flowers, and a touch of potpourri. On the palate, it shows solid structure and well-built tannins, with oak still present, lending depth and a sense of refinement. The texture is polished and supple, carrying the fruit through to a smooth finish. Its vibrant, crunchy fruit character makes it especially appealing, with a cellaring potential of 3 to 5 years. Rated 92/100 by our Selection Committee.
Vinification Hand harvested in 12 kg crates. Alcoholic fermentation for 20 days in concrete vats, punching down exclusively by foot for greater delicacy. Aged for 12 months in barrels, no new wood.

Wine certified organic by Ecocert.
