Originating from a plot with clay and sandy soils, the 2022 Saumur-Champigny Terres Rouges is a magnificent ambassador of both the grape variety and the location, offering an enticing juice that has been exclusively aged in concrete tanks. Best enjoyed young, pair it with lamb shanks or a traditional dish of pork with lentils. |
