As the coolest terroir in the Languedoc, the Pic Saint-Loup is a tremendous reservoir of juicy, gourmet wines. Thanks to the talent of Frédéric Mézy (Clos des Augustins), Le Prieuré de Beauregard has become a specialist in this field, benefiting from extremely well-situated plots on clay-limestone soils, undoubtedly among the most enviable in the area.
Altitude, withdrawal into the foothills of the Cévennes and eastern exposure form the ideal conditions for fresh, invigorating, punchy, certified organic wines. |

A duo of Syrah and Grenache, the 2020 red Languedoc Le Château is a tailor-made blend by Olivier Poussier, the Best Sommelier in the World, from the best areas of Minervois and Pic-Saint-Loup. Freshness is the wine's guiding principle, served by a crisp juice with delicate tannins, offering fine balance and a raspberry finish.
