Spirits Made from 100% corn, Abasalo Whisky was born at an altitude of over 2000 meters, forged by one of the great local spirits figures, Ivan Saldana. This Mexican whisky, made from the ancestral variety cacahuazintle identified for its strong aromatic potential, raised without GMO and prepared according to a 4000 years old local recipe, offers a great finesse, singular notes of roasted corn, cocoa, black tea, vanilla, honey and leather. Unique!
Elaboration The highest distillery in the world (2400 meters) located in the municipality of Jolotepec de Abasolo. It exploits ancient ingredients through innovative and modern techniques. Made from the best ancestral corn, without GMO. The local corn is 'cooked' according to a 4000 year old Mesoamerican method, unique in the world.
