Benoît Beaufort is a hidden gem in the Champagne world, with a modest 4-hectare vineyard nestled in Ambonnay. This esteemed Grand Cru area, also home to the renowned Egly-Ouriet family, provides the perfect foundation for Beaufort's tailored production, aligning with the pinnacle of champagne crafting.
The use of a substantial amount of reserve wines and extended, careful aging creates an exquisite, mostly exported collection. Finding these limited bottles in France is a rare occurrence, given their extremely limited production. |

The Grand Cru Tradition Brut Champagne embodies the pinnacle of excellence. With a significant amount of reserve wines (50%) blended with the year's harvest, this cuvée, dominated by Pinot Noir (75% of the blend), delights to the fullest. The ripe nose unfolds with notes of marzipan and almond, complemented by a delicate touch of red fruit; the fresh and tight bubbles burst with a lively and vinous flavor. This champagne, ideal for an aperitif, strikes a perfect balance and easily accompanies the start of a meal, fish, or seafood. |
