The estate and the wine
The estate and the wine A benchmark name in Chablis, Domaine Jean-Marc Brocard commands respect for its remarkable consistency—combining generous production volumes with uncompromising quality year after year.

Farmed organically, the estate’s 200 hectares of vineyards showcase every nuance of these Yonne terroirs, from regional bottlings all the way to the prestigious Grands Crus. The wines are always impeccably pure, free from overt barrel influence, allowing each vineyard site to express its character with clarity and authenticity.
Wine Showing all the hallmarks of classic Chablis, the 2024 White Chablis gradually opens up with delicate aromas reminiscent of crushed seashells, a lovely mineral signature, and subtle floral notes lifted by a hint of fresh mint. The overall impression is one of freshness and purity, thanks to understated maturation that avoids any overt barrel character. On the palate, it’s beautifully tense and vibrant, with precise, lively, and refreshing flavours that make it a perfect match for seafood platters, grilled fish, or aged goat cheeses.
Vinification Hand harvested. Vines aged 30 years. Alcoholic fermentation using indigenous yeasts at a controlled temperature of between 18 and 20°C, 100% malolactic fermentation, aged on lees for 7 to 9 months in stainless steel vats.
