The estate and the wine
The estate and the wine Now firmly established among the legends of Burgundy, and awarded 2 stars in the French wine guide RVF, Bruno Colin is a leading figure in Chassagne-Montrachet. Since 2004, this exceptional grower has followed an unwavering path, working organically and championing a pure, refined vision of Burgundian Chardonnay.

His 9-hectare estate—spread primarily across Chassagne-Montrachet, Puligny-Montrachet, and Saint-Aubin—is impeccably maintained, producing wines of clarity and precision. Each cuvée is masterfully vinified, with remarkable balance between tension and barrel aging.

Whether white or red, Bruno Colin’s wines impress with their finely tuned texture and their faithful expression of the terroir.
Wine Also rooted in the prestigious Morgeot sector, the 2023 Chassagne-Montrachet Premier Cru La Boudriotte White is a rare gem, sourced from just 0.24 hectares of old vines. This is a precise, confidently structured Chardonnay, striking a fine balance between finesse and power. The fruit shows a crisp, tangy edge, while the oak brings a subtle tannic grip that adds depth without weighing it down. A Premier Cru built for aging, with an unmistakable sense of firmness and quiet strength.
Vinification Hand harvested. Aged for 12 months in 350-liter barrels, 15 to 20% of which are new, then 4 to 6 months in vats before bottling.
Vines on 0.24 ha, on the “Champs Jeandreau” plot, planted in 1951 and 1977, organically grown (not certified).
