The estate and the wine
The estate and the wine Faiveley is a centuries-old House and one of the greatest icons in Burgundy. Erwan Faiveley has taken the reins and brought this phenomenon to its highest level. The small parcels of land and the most beautiful hillsides of the Côte d'Or constitute an invaluable heritage that the House makes a point of exploring in all its dimensions.

Whatever the appellation, Faiveley is always a master of its art, sacrificing nothing in terms of quality or style to produce straightforward and refined wines of supreme elegance.
Wine The 2016 Red Nuits-Saint-Georges Les Lavières, a parcel of land adjacent to the 1er cru Aux Murgers, is a wine with a fruity, round and generous character, in the tone of this fruity and immediately accessible vintage. Finesse, charm and elegance are here all combined in a wine that will pair beautifully with quails with grapes or a duck breast.
Vinification Hand harvested, daily punching of the cap during fermentation, aged for 14 months in French oak barrels of which 25% are new.
