In the Côte de Nuits, Faiveley remains a master of its craft, producing complex and refined wines that are both firm and elegant. These wines are marked by their precision and purity, aging beautifully over time in the most remarkable way.
Wine The 2021 red Gevrey-Chambertin Vieilles Vignes is a perfect representative of its appellation, with excellent aging potential of around ten years. With its perfectly integrated structure, depth and consistency, this Pinot is fully mature, full-bodied and concentrated, with hints of cherry brandy.
Vinification Hand-harvested, fermented in vats, aged 14 months in French oak barrels (20-30% new).
