Wine Promised to keep well, the 2016 Red Pommard Domaine du Pavillon Clos des Ursulines is a wine of good density, giving way to tasty notes of black fruits and spices, a silky and elegant palate. A very beautiful and harmonious bottle that is already terribly seductive and which has still beautiful years of aging in front of it. Rated 92/100 by the Committee.
Vinification Hand harvested, vinification in thermo-regulated conical oak vats, aged 14 to 16 months in oak barrels (20 to 30% new).
