Two hundred years old and still a family business, with two stars in the RVF Guide, Billecart-Salmon is one of the most prestigious Champagne houses. Based in Mareuil-sur-Aÿ, a pinot noir stronghold, it produces a range of light and refined champagnes that have acquired an international reputation, in particular its fabulous rosé.
Nourished by ultra-quality supplies from the Épernay area and the Marne Valley, particularly in grand crus, Billecart remains a prestigious address that cannot be ignored, favoring harmony and finesse over power. |

Sovereign, the Brut Sous Bois Champagne imposes its spherical dimension with energy. Vinified in wood, the three historic grape varieties are combined with complexity and power, displaying fine buttery, pastry, dried fruit, citrus and noble wood notes. This is a stylish champagne for wine lovers, which will age very well for several more years. Its great depth of flavours makes it ideal for the table, with white meat or fried chanterelles. |
