In Jasnières, the Nicolas family has taken their Bellivière estate straight to the top of the charts. Clément and Laure-Anne have turned Chenin Blanc into their personal playground, mastering it in every style—dry, off-dry, and decadently sweet. Their vision is anything but ordinary: this is top-tier, committed, sustainable viticulture at its finest.
Their wines—structured, layered, and bursting with personality—have earned 2 stars from Revue du Vin de France, the country’s leading wine magazine. Grown across 65 biodynamic parcels (they’ve been farming this way since 2008) and aged in carefully selected barrels that bring gentle notes of toast and spice, these bottles show why they’re hands-down the best winemakers in Jasnières. |
