These pure, limpid flavors form a chiseled, spicy wine whose vigorous constitution and harmony draw a singular personality, with outstanding persistence. Superb with roasted prawns or goat's cheese. Vinification Hand harvested in 40 kg crates. Temperature-controlled alcoholic fermentation. Aged on fine lees, then filtered before bottling.
