The estate and the wine
The estate and the wine Established in 1731, the House of Bouchard Père & Fils owes much of its fame to the intelligent moves it made throughout its history enabling it to create one of the finest vineyard estates in Burgundy. After 10 faultless vintages, it definitely sits among the ranks of the greatest Wine Houses and can proudly be considered one of the stars of French wine production.
Wine With Chambolle-Musigny, we are in the very heart of the Côte de Nuits. The 2007 vintage of this wine is elegant, very palatable and easy to drink. It is a treat for the tastbuds. It is exhilarating. Its substance is soft, as if to better fit the description of the place. Isn't Chambolle-Musigny said to be the most feminine of the red Burgundies? In any event, it is the pinnacle of refinement.
Vinification Grapes from purchasing agreements with carefully selected partners. According to the profile of the vintage, the vatting period can last between 8 and 15 days and the aging from 8 to 14 months in oak casks, of which 20 to 40% are new.
