Formidable with precision and freshness, the 2020 White Châteauneuf-du-Pape offers a very fine nose, with notes of garrigue, dry herbs, fennel and menthol. The delicate structure, of great purity, is built around the six grape varieties authorized by the appellation (a rarity!) and in particular the clairette one, which brings so much finesse, perfume and straightness to the wine. A great gastronomic white wine that will age well. Rated 93/100 by our Selection Committee. |
