The tasting
Color Pale yellow, crystalline, silver reflections.
Nose Beautiful aromatic expression with fine exotic notes reminiscent of passion fruit mixed with accents of grapefruit and floral touches of wisteria.
Palate Intense and juicy with ripe and fresh aromas fruit. Very pure, this dry, salivating and digestible wine reveals itself with a good amplitude, a controlled richness and a great persistence of flavors.

Temperature Serve between 10 and 12°C.
Food Aperitif, seafood platter, pan-fried prawns, a theme of fresh and semi-dried goat cheese.

Wine Fruity but without exuberance, in a beautiful aromatic purity, the 2019 White Pessac-Léognan Pessac by VALAP delivers itself on fine exotic notes of passion fruit, and a touch of grapefruit. The whole is very fragrant, intense and very fresh. The palate is very pure, with a good amplitude and a nice richness. It is a dry, balanced, ripe and fresh white wine, with a good persistence of flavors. A very nice wine to be enjoyed as an aperitif, with a seafood platter or pan-fried prawns.
Vinification Mechanical harvesting. Vinification 100% in vats. No ageing.
Margaux by VALAP - Margaux - Red - 2019

Color Deep purple red.
Nose Aromas of blackcurrant mixed with balsamic and mentholated notes and scents of charcoal and cedar.
Palate The palate is smooth and full-bodied, with flavors of beautifully ripened fruit. Framed by well-structured tannins, this cuvée combines volume and texture with depth, freshness, and a long, perfectly balanced finish.

Temperature Serve between 16 and 18°C.
Food Grilled entrecote, rack of pork with thyme, roasted guinea fowl, cep risotto, cheeses.

The estate and the wine Château Brane-Cantenac is one of Margaux's most sought-after Grands Crus Classés. With a highly homogeneous terroir in the historic heart of the cru, it has achieved major successes in recent vintages.
Wine Aligning volume and consistency, the 2019 Red Margaux by VALAP is a delicate and balanced wine, the perfect representation of this prized terroir. The balsamic and menthol notes are the sign of a perfectly ripe Cabernet Sauvignon, supported by aromas of charcoal, cedar and blackcurrant. The wine is beautifully mature, with great freshness, depth and well-proportioned tannins. It is a perfect representative of the appellation which will keep for another 10 to 15 years. Rated 92/100 by our Selection Committee.
Vinification Hand harvested. Fermentation in stainless steel and concrete tanks. Aged for 12 months.

Pauillac - Red - 2020

Palate Full-bodied and elegant, this tailor-made cuvée reveals a robust tannic structure with velvety smooth tannins. This precise Pauillac offers a balanced and refined profile, all underpinned by remarkable freshness.

Food Rack of pork roasted with sage, beef meatballs and thyme potatoes, duck parmentier with porcini mushrooms.

Our close relationships with the finest Bordeaux châteaux have enabled us to develop this special wine once again, the fruit of a close collaboration between Olivier Poussier, the Best Sommelier in the World 2000, and one of the greatest names in Pauillac, which we're keeping secret...

This unique transaction on the market for great Bordeaux wines has resulted in the "Pauillac by Valap" wine, whose "juices" come from exceptional supplies, set with the noblest origins. As a result, it possesses the vigor and power of the greatest Médocs, in a pure style, with outstanding integrity and character.
Wine Selected by Olivier Poussier, the 2020 Red Pauillac proudly holds its own and would certainly have its place among the appellation's most prestigious bottles... For it bears a distinctly Médoc identity, with the graphite accent of the great Cabernets on the nose and harmonious hints of red and black fruit. The palate is rich and elegant, with smooth tannins and a perfectly balanced, fresh juice. A remarkable Pauillac, refined and classy, to be kept for another 5 to 8 years. a Selection Committee Favorite rated 94/100.
Vinification Hand-harvested, 80% of the wine is aged in stainless steel vats, the remaining 20% in one- or two-wine barrels.
