The estate and the wine Renowned winemaker, at the head of one of the most esteemed estates of the Rhone Valley region, Michel Chapoutier presides over a phenomenal collection of Crus. His talent as a winemaker and his unique knowledge of the vineyard enables him to find the best terroirs for his wines. Of amazing consistency throughout each vintage, his wines are beautiful representations of their appellations. 

We never get tired of the inventiveness of this "terroir hunter", and are once again thrilled by this demonstration: two single-variety wines that are captivating and utterly delicious!
Wine Fresh and light, the 2021 Red Bituit et Maximus Collines Rhodaniennes IGP is a wine to be savored. Its delicate aromas of fruit, its notes of violet, and slight smoky touches make up a delicate wine, with crisp flavors fruit and delicate tannins. A red wine that is already ready to drink with charcuterie or a shallot steak. Rated 91/100 by the Committee.
Vinification Hand harvested and mechanical, vinification in concrete tanks with temperature control. Maceration for 3 weeks with gentle extraction.
Aged for 10 months in concrete tanks.

Vinification Hand-harvested, 35-year-old vines, traditional 21-day vinification in temperature-controlled vats, aged 24 months in oak barrels.
