Color Pale, bright rosé with very light copper hues.
Nose Very fresh marked by rose petals, white pepper and with aeration the flowers of violet.
Palate Crunchy and salivating, this wine reveals a fruity palate with an acidulous, fine and elegant finish. It is a 100% organic rosé, perfectly suited to be enjoyed at the table as well as an aperitif!

The estate and the wine A standard of modern Corsican viticulture, Clos Culombu carries the ambition of the great terroirs of the island with undeniable success. On the magnificent terroirs of Calvi, Etienne and Paul-Antoine Suzzoni accomplished remarkable work, transcribing the principles of organic agriculture and biodynamic viticulture with elegance in perfectly crafted and beautiful wines.
Wine Pale in color, with very light copper hues, the 2021 Corsica Calvi Rosé wine is a complete success. The very fresh nose, with aromas of rose petals, violet and white pepper is an invitation to travel. The palate seduces as much by its fruitiness than with the acidulous, delicate and elegant finish. It is a crisp, salivating rosé, perfectly suited to be paired with dishes at the table or as an aperitif. A Selection Committee Favorite rated 92/100.
Vinification Mechanical harvest in the morning, direct pressing, fermentation in stainless steel vats at low temperature, maturing for 4 months on fine lees in stainless steel vats.
