The estate and the wine
The estate and the wine Set on the beautiful limestone plateau of Saint-Émilion, just a stone’s throw from Châteaux Soutard and La Couspaude, Château Cadet-Bon is an understated estate that has been certified organic since 2018—a property that truly deserves the attention of discerning wine lovers.

Here, the vineyard is meticulously overseen by the team at Derenoncourt Consultants, who bring their expertise and care to every detail.
Wine With remarkable precision and perfectly judged extraction, Cadet-Bon 2020 shows an intense, pure, beautifully defined profile. The structure is linear and finely textured, with silky tannins and a subtle mineral tension that carries the finish gracefully.

Vinified with exacting standards and enhanced by biodynamic cultivation, the wine is vibrant and energetic, delivering striking freshness despite the richness of the vintage.

This Grand Cru Classé combines finesse, brightness, and depth—a contemporary expression of Right Bank style at its best.
Vinification Hand harvested, vinification in 30 to 60 HL vats, fermentation between 21 and 30 days, aged for 12 to 15 months in barrels: 35% new 225L and 400L barrels; 35% in barrels used for one wine; 7% in barrels used for two wines; 15% in concrete vats and 8% in amphorae.
