The estate and the wine
The estate and the wine Maison Chapuy is part of an exceptional heritage and one of our favorite Champagne House. Located in the Côte des Blancs in Oger, the kingdom of Chardonnay, the Maison family perpetuates an airy, delicate, and fresh style that continues to delight us year after year…With a great interest in sustainable and long-term viticulture, Maison Chapuy is particularly demanding in the elaboration of its different wines.
Wine Right from the start, the Champagne Grand Cru Brut Réserve Blanc de Blancs impresses with its frankness and elegance. The bubble is delicate and refreshing, and settles in a great aromatic finesse, balanced by beautiful aromas of butter and fresh almond. The long, slightly lemony and persistent finish completes this perfect wine which will pair ideally with an aperitif or a fine fish. A very high class Champagne !
Vinification Traditional vinification in stainless steel vats, stored 'sur lattes' for 2 to 3 years. 'Dégorgement' around 3 to 6 months before sale.
