The estate and the wine
The estate and the wine Clos Cibonne, with its undeniable and unmatched charm and a star in the RVF Guide, is a staple of Provence. This historically significant estate, certified in organic farming and nestled by the sea, benefits from a unique terroir where the Tibouren grape variety truly shines. This old, endemic variety, found nowhere else, produces highly original wines that underscore the region's vast potential, lovingly preserved and promoted globally by Brigitte and Claude Deforges.

Especially noteworthy are their rosés, which stand out from their counterparts with their body, depth, and subtlety, striking a balance between Provençal heritage and modernity. The reds also showcase a similar level of refinement and stylistic originality.
Wine The 2023 red Côtes de Provence Cuvée Spéciale Tibouren offers expressive, floral fruity aromas, between peony and rose, tinged with spice and cherry, and traces the contours of a true Mediterranean wine. The substance is tasty, delicate and very fine: in short, unprecedented class! A wine to be enjoyed in a while, or decanted with southern cuisine, such as red mullet or lamb chops.
Vinification Hand-harvested, grapes harvested when ripe, 100% de-stemmed, vinified in stainless steel vats, temperature-controlled, pumping over twice daily, aged 4 to 6 months in tuns.

Certified organic wine.
