A tribute wine, the 2021 Côtes de Provence Château Cibon Cuvée Marius Rosé brings together the estate’s finest parcels of Tibouren and Grenache. This is a serious gastronomic rosé—vinified and aged in large oak foudres for two years—that unfolds with layered notes of candied fruit, citrus, stone fruit, and white pepper. It’s built on a broad, powerful structure, shaped by the distinctive salinity of its Mediterranean coastal terroir.
