The estate and the wine
The estate and the wine Awarded 3 stars in La Revue du Vin de France—a leading French wine guide— Jacquesson Champagne stands as one of the brightest success stories in Champagne in recent years. Led by the Chiquet brothers, who have raised the bar both in the vineyard and the cellar, the estate has become a benchmark for Champagne connoisseurs. Their success is built on precision, biodynamically inspired farming, and painstaking craftsmanship — each wine delivers a moment of pure grace.

No added dosage, fermentation on the lees in large oak casks, and aging in wood: these artisanal Champagnes are among the most distinctive and intense you’ll find.

From the iconic cuvée 700 to rare single-vineyard expressions and the coveted late-disgorged (DT) editions, every wine in the lineup is crafted to an exceptional standard.
Wine Disgorged in March 2024 and, as always, released with no dosage, the  Cuvée N°743 DT Extra-Brut White Champagne presents a fresh take on this iconic wine, reaffirming its signature vibrancy. Predominantly made from a superb 2015 harvest—when the grapes reached full maturity—and blended with 21% reserve wines, this is a Champagne of intensity, depth, and distinction. In this late-disgorged edition, it reveals a renewed tension and brilliance. With its deep volume, creamy texture, and strikingly precise finish, this is a complex, age-worthy wine that will continue to evolve beautifully.
Vinification Hand harvested. Based on the 2015 vintage and some reserve wines. Vinification and ageing in casks on lees, without filtration or fining. 89 months on lees, under cork. Production of 19,000 bottles and 1,009 magnums. Late disgorging in March 2024. Dosage: 0g/l (Extra Brut).
