The estate and the wine
The estate and the wine Since 2010, Chanterêves has been the home of two remarkable talents: Tomoko Kuriyama and Guillaume Bott. Tomoko honed her craft in Germany’s Rheingau region, working with esteemed producers such as Peter Jakob Kühn and Georg Breuer. Guillaume, on the other hand, gained his expertise at Domaine Simon Bize in Savigny-lès-Beaune and Étienne Sauzet in Puligny-Montrachet.

Building on these formative experiences, the pair joined forces to create their own wines—cuvées that reflect their shared precision, delicacy, and emotional resonance.

Practicing organic farming, whole-cluster fermentation for reds, gentle vinification, native yeasts, minimal sulfur use, no filtration, and aging without new oak, they adhere to the highest standards of winemaking excellence. Their micro-production has quickly garnered a devoted following among enthusiasts seeking purity and character.
Wine The 2021 Burgundy White is a balanced, lively, and elegant Chardonnay. This cuvée is a subtle blend of terroirs, combining the tension and minerality of the Maranges region with the generosity and body contributed by the Pierres Dorées in Beaujolais. It reveals appealing fruit aromas, refreshing acidity, and vibrant energy—a perfect example of the appellation!
Vinification Hand harvested. Indigenous yeasts. Aged 12 months in oak barrels (no new barrels). Minimum SO2 dosage at bottling.
