The estate and the wine
The estate and the wine We have not missed Maxime Cottenceau's previous experience in the vineyard, during which he vinified for two years alongside Vincent Dureuil, the treasure of Rully, which allowed him to build a very solid background for his own winemaking story.

His estate covers 7.5 hectares of vines, and after obtaining the first results from the 2018 vintage, we are pleased to present the superb 2020 vintage, marked by a beautiful and mineral structure, resulting in elegant, full-bodied wines with good aging potential for the first growths.
Wine The 2020 White Burgundy Aligoté wine is fresh, pure, and very floral, ripe and complex. It is suprisingly concentrated and taut for a wine crafted from grapes coming from a vineyard planted in 1945. The fine bitters on the finish are refreshing and ensure a salivating side to the wine, which transcends the varietal aspect of this grape variety. A success to be savored over 3 to 5 years.
Vinification Hand harvested.
