The estate and the wine |

Famous for its iconic Belle Époque cuvée, Perrier-Jouët remains one of Champagne’s most reliable and respected houses. Known for crafting expressive, crowd-pleasing wines, the estate draws from 65 hectares of vineyards, cleverly complemented by meticulously chosen grower partners.
What makes it truly stand out? Nearly all of its vineyard holdings are classified as Grand Cru, with a strong emphasis on Chardonnay. Since 1811, Perrier-Jouët has stayed true to its signature style — floral, refined, and complex — perfectly showcasing the elegance of this emblematic grape. |

The Blanc de Blancs cuvée is fruity, very harmonious, subtle, and persistent character. It's a seductive champagne, light and delicate, with notes of chalk, white flowers, green pepper, combined with a touch of citrus, almond, and toasted bread. A must-try champagne from Champagne, a favorite of the Committee, perfect to enjoy with a sea bream carpaccio or as an aperitif. |

Hand harvested, alcoholic and malolactic fermentation in thermoregulated stainless steel tanks. Aged for 3 years in the cellar. 15% reserve wines. Dosage : 8 g/l The estate has chosen to bottle this wine in a transparent bottle, as is the case for some rare Prestige wines. It is imperative to keep the bottle away from light, away from ultraviolet rays which could alter it. |
