Wine Reserved exclusively for our members, the 2021 White Marsanne Nobles Rives IGP Collines Rhodaniennes offers a very fresh, floral and delicate whole, carried by notes of ripe fruit, citrus and noble vegetal. Of beautiful energy, pure and tense, with a salivating and sapid final, this white wine at a great price is to be enjoyed as an appetizer or more.
Vinification Hand harvested, gentle and rapid pressing, inerting of the lines and vats to protect the juices from oxidation, separation of free-run and press juices, cold settling for 24 to 48 hours, alcoholic fermentation in vats at 16-20°C with regular stirring of the lees during the first months of maturation, no malolactic fermentation, maturation in vats at 14°C on fine lees.
