The 2021 Red Crozes-Hermitage Grand Classique showcases a vibrant ripeness with delicate smoky, bacon-like notes and subtle oak influence. On the palate, it’s taut and refined, with fresh, lively fruit and a smooth, crisp finish. Already highly approachable, with a touch of roasted nuance, this Syrah pairs beautifully with white meats or veal. |
