These warm soils restore Saumur-Champigny to its rightful glory, yielding Cabernet Francs that are fresh, vibrant, and irresistibly charming—a sensual take on the grape. The estate shines just as brightly in white, producing Chenin Blancs that are equally expressive and full of character.
