The estate and the wine |

Olivier Cyrot produces high-class wines that combine the elegance of texture with nice aging potential. In a context where major appellations have become rare, and prices are soaring, the very gentle pricing of this young Burgundy talent is a highly appreciable virtue. |

The delicious 2021 red Pommard takes full advantage of this medium-bodied vintage to unfold all its freshness and purity. The notes of red fruits, pit fruits, and of spices are perfectly integrated with the ripe and concentrated palate, which remains very fresh and sapid, accompanied by smooth tannins. A great Pinot in the pure Burgundian style that we love so much! Rated 93/100 by the Committee. |
