On the foothills of the Cévennes, the Terrasses du Larzac is a treasure trove that never fails to captivate us. Convinced that this cool, high-altitude terroir yields some of the finest successes in the south of France, we are always on the lookout for new discoveries there, especially when they offer reasonable prices! |

Fresh and easy-drinking, the 2021 red Terrasses du Larzac Les Amoriers offers an immediate and very friendly interpretation of this terroir. The blend of carignan, mourvèdre, syrah, and grenache works wonders, releasing a supple juice with beautiful fruity notes and hints of tobacco. The skillful aging, combining large capacity vats and barrels with little new wood, underlines the freshness of the profile and its balanced consistency. Already so delightful, there's no reason to wait! Rated 92/100 by the Committee. |
