The estate and the wine
The estate and the wine A must-have in the Languedoc, the Pic Saint-Loup is a prized appellation that abounds in wine treasures and attracts a lot of attention. Solidly anchored on these limestone terroirs, Château de Cazeneuve produces dense, energetic and refined wines, organically grown by André Leenhardt.
Wine Olivier Poussier's favorite, the 2021 Red Limestone Pic Saint-Loup, is dense and full-bodied, well-balanced, punctuated with notes of spices, pepper and violets. The silky tannins, the perfectly melted whole form a gourmet wine. You will enjoy it from now on and for another 5 to 6 years.
Vinification Hand harvested, vinified in vats and aged for 10 months in vats and barrels.

Organic wine, certified.
