The 2020 White Alsace Sylvaner is a wine of great stature that draws all its depth from its old vines of 50 to 75 years. Its delicate aromas of flowers and pepper melt into a chiseled texture. The whole is very harmonious, refreshing and dynamic, softened by a smooth finish. A white wine to be enjoyed as an aperitif or at the table with a lake fish with grilled almonds for example. |
