The 2021 white Alsace Gewurztraminer reveals itself with singularity, fragrant with the perfumes of the Orient, between lychee, Isfahan rose and a very light touch of cumin. Perfectly ripe, it's the ideal model of a great Gewurztraminer, with a dry, fruity profile, exemplary breadth of flavor and innate freshness. A sumptuous recital of exotic notes and delicate substance, to be paired with mature Munster cheese or Japanese cuisine. Rated 93/100 by the Committee. |
