The estate and the wine An Alsace legend and a recipient of 3 stars from the RVF Guide, Domaine Albert Boxler represents a holy grail for any wine enthusiast. This meticulous producer, known for their high standards, continues to elevate the prestigious Alsace terroir, delivering intense emotions with their wines.

Jean Boxler is constantly in pursuit of perfect balance, championing an undiluted style of purity, a testament evident in this breathtaking series of wines we're presenting today.

We've been fans from the start, wholly devoted to this discreet, humble, and passionate house; a modest estate of about twenty hectares, nearly half of which are Grand Cru vineyards, spectacularly situated on steep slopes and tended by hand.
Wine Originating from three superb limestone terroirs around Turckheim and Katzenthal, the 2021 white Alsace Gewurztraminer Reserve is a finely crafted and precise cuvée with just the right amount of mineral tension. Its intensely aromatic profile, featuring notes of blooming roses, candied ginger, and lychee, is unmatched in typicity. Combining high concentration with the delightful tart freshness of the vintage, this well-balanced wine will delight fans of the grape variety! The finish is equally captivating, digestible, and of great persistence, with a pronounced return of floral flavors. Rated 95/100 by the Committee.
Vinification Hand-harvested from vines aged 35 to 70 years. Whole-berry pressing, static settling, no thermoregulation, 2-6 months fermentation on lees. Aged 11 months on lees.
