Wine Made from 120-year-old vines on the edge of the 1er Crus on the Pommard side, the 2021 red Beaune Les Beaux Fougets displays superb concentration, ripe flavors of fruit and a first-rate, balanced structure. A wine that flirts with a 1er Cru, offering dense, rich and perfectly nuanced substance. Rated 94/100 by our Committee.
Vinification Hand-harvested, totally de-stemmed.
Alcoholic fermentation in cement vats for 10 days, then aged for 12 to 15 months in French oak barrels.
