A secret address in Puglia, Tenuta Demaio is the work of two passionate winegrowers, Antonio Demaio and his son-in-law Giovanni Ciampi. Organic farming, a preserved environment surrounded by olive groves, a minima vinification, no addition of sulfites and very little use of wood, all combine to produce natural wines of the highest quality; the wines are of the highest quality, with very low alcohol levels for the region. A Puglian Ovni to be discovered! |
