The estate and the wine
The estate and the wine Backed by the best terroirs of the Muscadet hillsides, served by state-of-the-art organic farming, Domaine de la Fessardière combines all the assets of success, now nipping at the heels of the highest standards of the appellation.

This new address, led with rigor since 2014 by Jérôme and Emeline Dumanois, is a model of excellence. On 25 hectares, the couple formulates wines of great rectitude and uncommon style with very little sulfur.
Wine The 2021 white Muscadet La Mer is a small wonder of achievement. The pure and fresh nose, with a beautiful mineral radiance, has an iodized side that leans towards Chablis and delights straight away. Aged on the lees in oak barrels, without new wood, it then unfolds a chiseled palate with clear and precise flavors, tension, and a beautiful saline note on the finish. Perfect energy for an aperitif or with shellfish or goat's cheese. It can also be kept for 5 to 10 years, as the aging capacity of muscadets is no longer in question.
Vinification Hand harvested, 70 years old burgundy melon vines, aged on lees in old oak barrels.

Organic wine, certified.
