Intensely floral and expressive with aromas of rose, underlined by a spicy accent, upon aeration we discover a touch of violet. |

Delicate and juicy, wall in lightness, with ripe flavors of fruits, smooth tannins, and a particularly pleasant and persistent finish. |

The Italians have done it again! In the south of the country, in a wild and preserved country, the Pouilles region produces beautiful, fruity and complex wines, whose quality-price ratio is simply outstanding… |

Digestible and precise, the 2021 red Puglia Ripe Alte IGP opens with a very floral nose, of rose in particular, in a delicate, fresh, delicately spicy profile. With aeration, a small touch of violet is delicately integrated. The juicy palate is light and combines a good maturity of the harvest with delicate tannins and a superb freshness, all in a digestible and appetizing whole. Ideal to pair with an entire meal, or with the panoply of Italian cuisine, such as pizza, gnocchi or grilled fish with rosemary. Rated 92+/100 by the Committee. |
