The estate and the wine
The estate and the wine A revelation of Olivier Poussier's, the Domaine Jessiaume displays talent and ingenuity in equal measure. Chiseling seductive cuvées, it now ranks alongside the best of the Côte de Beaune while preserving a certain discretion.

The estate cultivates the art of rigor, organically growing its 15 hectares of vines with classical music playing during barrel aging! Doctor Jean-François Le Bigot, the new owner, 's background is in biomedical research. He is giving the House the means to achieve its ambitions, and this name will go far; Robert Parker says so!
Wine The 2021 red Beaune 1er Cru Les Cents Vignes reveals the freshness of pinot noir, with cherry and raspberry notes supported by appropriate aging. The palate is dense and delicate, punctuated by very soft tannins and underlined by a slightly sweet woodiness that comfortably coats the whole. For example, a fine bottle to open in two or three years with roast poultry or veal chop.
Vinification Hand harvested, totally destemmed.
Aged in oak barrels, 25% new, for 14 months.
Wine neither fined nor filtered.
