Very pure, crystalline, aromas of honeysuckle flower punctuated with chalky notes, typicality of the chardonnay, a lot of freshness. |

Full-bodied and deep, this wine, with its beautiful minerality, unfolds a palate with delicate bitters on the finish. |

The estate and the wine |
|
|
It's no secret that Burgundy is releasing its bottles in small batches, targeted by the fastest wine lovers scattered around the world. Certain appellations, such as Puligny-Montrachet, attract a lot of attention, and finding these wines has become a real challenge!
Fortunately, our knowledge of the vineyard allowed us to detect this very special address, the Domaine Jean Monnier & Fils. An estate that has been honored by our Selection Committee time and time again with the highest tasting scores. |

With a superb chalky mineral background and beautiful floral notes, the 2020 white Puligny-Montrachet reveals the depth of this leading appellation. The Puligny sector expresses itself masterfully, with roundness, fatness, and dimension, a well-stretched, enveloped, and elegantly coated body, ending with delicate bitters on the finish. A wine still in its youth to be decanted or served in large glasses. |
