The estate and the wine |
|
|
Discovered by our Selection Committee 2 years ago, the Domaine Gilles Chollet is a reliable asset of the terroir of the Loire Valley region, which has experienced a new resounding success in recent vintages.
Anchored in Pouilly-sur-Loire, the estate works organically, with precise winemaking techniques which creates fine and elegant white wines, with an excellent quality-price ratio. |

The 2022 white Pouilly-Fumé opens with beautiful notes of white fruits and boxwood. The pure, straight and elegant style is a true crowd-pleaser; the pleasant bitterness on the finish will pair well with small fried foods or fresh cheeses... At a great price, too! |

The estate is in conversion to organic farming. |
