The estate and the wine |

Rising to the top of the great houses of the Rhone Valley, Paul Jaboulet Aîné is reaching the pinnacle of French viticulture. The Frey family, which already owns Château La Lagune and Champagne Billecart-Salmon, keeps a watchful eye over this gem of 80 hectares of vines, including the mythical terroir of Hermitage La Chapelle. |

Very fruity and balanced, the 2021 Red Côtes-du-Rhône Parallèle 45 displays beautiful aromas of ripe fruit (strawberry, redcurrant) coupled with notes of floral. The fresh and elegant structure is composed around delicate, well-melted tannins, which contribute to its charm and appeal. A very pleasant red wine with beautiful aromatic purity, to be drunk within 5 years, with lasagne, for example, or grilled meat. A cult wine! |
