Domaine Henri Rebourseau is a cornerstone of Gevrey-Chambertin, known for its remarkable vineyard holdings, including nearly all the Grands Crus in the appellation. Long celebrated for wines that honor Burgundian tradition with precise and balanced flavors, it holds a special place among enthusiasts.
Since its acquisition by the Bouygues family five years ago, the estate has undergone a significant transformation. With a shift to biodynamic viticulture, a state-of-the-art gravity-fed winery, and refined aging techniques, the winemaking has reached new levels of precision and depth. These changes have firmly established Domaine Henri Rebourseau as one of Burgundy’s elite estates, on par with the region’s most iconic names. |
