With a shift to biodynamic viticulture, a state-of-the-art gravity-fed winery, and refined aging techniques, the winemaking has reached new levels of precision and depth. These changes have firmly established Domaine Henri Rebourseau as one of Burgundy’s elite estates, on par with the region’s most iconic names.
Wine The 2021 Charmes-Chambertin Grand Cru Red exemplifies the distinguished character of its appellation. With a deep, vibrant hue, it presents a bouquet rich in ripe red and black fruit aromas, complemented by subtle floral notes. The palate is both powerful and generous, featuring velvety tannins and a dense, saline finish. This wine's solid structure and refined elegance suggest remarkable aging potential. Vinification Harvested by hand. Area of 1.32 ha, planted in 1982, 1994, 2018. 100% de-stemmed, vinification in open stainless steel vats. Matured for 18 months in French oak barrels.
