Wine From a walled 1 hectare 01 ares 47 ca clos — an enchanting site in every sense — the 2022 Rully Premier Cru Le Meix Cadot White is a wine of exceptional pedigree. Its crystalline, fresh aromas reflect the purity of its clay-limestone soils, revealing notes of citrus zest, white flowers, and a subtle mineral edge.

Vinification Hand harvested from a vineyard planted in 1975 covering just 1 ha 01 ares 47 ca. Direct pressing without crushing, static settling for 48 hours, aged for 12 months in barrels, 20% of which are new, made exclusively by the Chassin cooperage, then 6 months in stainless steel vats, bottled according to the lunar calendar.
