The estate and the wine Fabien Duveau, a rising star in the Saumurois area, is shaking up the traditional rankings with his highly acclaimed cuvées. He's quickly made a name for himself in the heart of the Loire's great terroirs. His prime location, right across from the renowned Clos Rougeard, places him on some of the appellation's best soils.

Wine The 2022 red Saumur-Champigny Les Bas Poyeux Chacé , a 'Favorite' of the Committee and rated 93-94/100, showcases the perfect maturity of the Cabernet grape. With its distinctive graphite notes typical of the variety, the wine exudes purity and precision. It features a juicy, fleshy structure that's been impeccably crafted, with well-managed aging and smooth tannins.
