The estate and the wine
The estate and the wine Nestled in a stunning natural landscape surrounded by garrigue and truffle oak trees, Domaine Les Eminades stands as a bastion of quality in Saint-Chinian. On this arid and wild land that yields great wines, Patricia and Luc Bettoni, with their dedication to biodynamics, craft deep and delicate cuvées with perfect mastery.

Their vineyard, rich in limestone, sandstone, and rolled pebbles and planted with old vines, produces some of the most brilliant examples of Southern Mediterranean wines. These wines are precise, delicious, and complex, always true to the fruit, and have earned a one-star rating in the Guide RVF.
Wine Balancing tension with fullness, the 2022 white Saint-Chinian Montmajou  beautifully marries its ripe maturity with juicy yellow fruit and delightful richness. Concentrated, both serious and extended by fine bitters, it reveals a pulpy and generous fruit, with texture and body; all supported by a noticeable oak that makes it an ideal pairing with white meat. A lovely bottle to enjoy over the next decade, rated 93/100 by the Committee.
Vinification Hand-harvested, direct pressing, settling, spontaneous fermentation, aged 11 months on lees and in barrels.

Certified organic and biodynamic wine.
